System QA test Tech lead

We are looking for a System test Engineer to join our verification and proof of design department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead test plan of multidisciplinary product
• Design, develop, and execute verification and proof of design tests (SW, HW, mechanics, environmental, E2E) of a complex multidisciplinary system.
• Document test plan and test results (STD, STR)
• Lead RTM process and the traceability between requirements and test procedures
• Executing manual / Automated test
• Analyzing test executions results and presenting them.
• Bugs & defects reporting, tracking, and analysis.
• High collaboration with system engineer during development process, including integration activities.
• Lead test activities of cross functional testing teams in the department (like Embedded, Application etc.)
• Test team Focal Point in project's meetings and milestones
  
  

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering degrees
• 1-3 years of experience as Test Engineer
• Proven Experience in leading and executing proof of design activities.
• Experience with technologically complex multidisciplinary systems including HW SW experience at multi-disciplinary companies.
• Strong knowledge of software and hardware test methodologies
• Experience with communication testing (RF\Bluetooth \Wi-Fi) – Advantage
• Experience in leading test equipment development – Advantage
• Experience with Agile methodology - Advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Good organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication in English
• Good documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to self-manage and communicate effectively.
