Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an ODT Lead at the Institute for Quality Leadership. The ODT Lead will be responsible for leading and managing organizational ODT days
. The day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and leading the OTD days, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and guiding and coaching leaders and teams. This role is primarily located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Expertise in change management methodologies and techniques
• Strong facilitation and training skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
