Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Peer Board Facilitator. The Peer Board Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating peer board meetings, providing guidance and support to members, and fostering an environment of collaboration and learning. They will also be responsible for coordinating meeting logistics, managing board materials, and ensuring the smooth running of meetings. While the role is based in Tel Aviv District, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• business owner/ CXO with proven track record past or present
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create a collaborative and supportive environment
• Knowledge or experience in the business world and/ or startup ecosystem
• Organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a changing environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in business consulting or mentoring is a plus
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
