Lawyer - manager of the legal department for a leading association

A leading association needs a lawyer for the position of manager of the legal department.

As part of the role: representing the association and providing legal and advocacy advice to the association's board, the CEO and the association's management. Ensuring and supervising the proper legal conduct of the association, responsibility for lawsuits and legal proceedings, preparing submissions and tenders, preparing legal opinions and more.

Requirements:

- LL.B- MUST.

- Membership in the Israel Bar Association.

- About 10 years of experience in law.

- Previous management experience.

- Experience in advocacy legal work in the third sector - mandatory.

- Knowledge and experience in civil, commercial and administrative law, association law and labor law.

- Excellent human relations, and the ability to work under pressure.
