Role Overview: Inside Sales ManagerKELA is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in leading our SDR team to excel in both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, ultimately driving sales opportunities and contributing to our mission of leading the Continuous Threat Exposure Management market
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development: Spearhead the SDR team by building, leading, and nurturing talent. Develop career paths that motivate and enhance professional growth.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive outbound lead generation and inbound lead conversion strategies. Serve as a key link between Sales and Marketing to optimize pipeline creation and lead management.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine processes for inbound and outbound sales activities. Ensure efficient lead handoff to sales and collaboration with the demand generation team for follow-up on leads.
- Sales Training: Mentor SDRs in effective sales techniques, including outreach tactics, time management, objection handling, and active listening skills.
- Target Identification: Oversee the identification and research of companies to target. Utilize tools and resources to pitch our solutions effectively and set appointments with qualified prospects.
- Performance Analysis: Own the analysis of lead generation performance, maintaining a focus on achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
- Experience: At least 3 years in B2B quota-bearing sales roles and 2 years in sales or sales development leadership.
- Management Skills: Proven experience in growing and scaling successful SDR teams. Ability to mentor, train, and lead SDRs effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong track record of working seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, ZoomInfo and similar sales tools.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Native in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
- Leadership Style: Hands-on approach with a positive attitude, willing to lead by example and go the extra mile for team success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Languages: English - mother tongue level required. Additional languages are a plus.
