Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the technology team, with a special emphasis on the payment's domain. The role will involve a deep understanding of digital payment ecosystems, focusing on areas such as payment processing, transaction security, digital wallets, mobile payments, and online payment gateways. Leveraging their experience and expertise in this field, the CTO will oversee the technology team to develop and implement advanced technological solutions that will help the company achieve its goals in the payments sector.

Qualifications

• Strong software development background and experience managing software development teams.
• Extensive experience in product development and launching new products, with a specialized focus on the payments sector, encompassing areas such as payment processing, transaction security, digital wallets, mobile payments, and online payment gateway.
• Proven record in leading successful project management, especially software delivery projects
• Expertise in IT strategy and architecture
• Experience in product development and launching new products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
