About the Role
This SaaS company is looking for a hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to own full-cycle bookkeeping across our global entity structure. This is a role for someone who takes end-to-end ownership of the books, works independently in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment, and is comfortable being the day-to-day financial backbone for a growing, international SaaS company. This role reports to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle bookkeeping through trial balance and balance sheet for the SaaS company's group entities and subsidiaries
Perform bank, credit card, vendor and customer reconciliations
Manage multi-currency and intercompany transactions across the group structure
Support revenue-recognition processes
Drive month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries and account analysis
Prepare and submit statutory reports to tax authorities (VAT, income tax, sales tax) across relevant jurisdictions
Payroll processing and reporting, including payroll reconciliation and related payments to employees and authorities
Manage day-to-day payments, cash flow monitoring and financial controls
Manage employee travel reimbursements and related reconciliations
Work hands-on in NetSuite and liaise with external accountants, auditors and advisors

Certified Bookkeeper, Type 3 (Israeli certification) - mandatory
5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, including full-cycle bookkeeping up to balance sheet - mandatory
Certified Payroll Clerk (or equivalent hands-on payroll-processing experience) - mandatory
Hands-on experience with Tipalti (or a comparable AP automation platform) - mandatory
Prior experience in a high-tech or international, multi-entity company
Experience working with multiple currencies and group/subsidiary structures
Hands-on experience with NetSuite
Strong Excel skills
Good written and spoken English
