Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in advancing technological solutions from laboratory experimentation to large-scale industrial application.
• Demonstrate proficiency in autonomously planning and executing meticulously designed work plans.
• Analyze experimental data meticulously, presenting key insights and findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Devise and refine processes to optimize operational efficiency and efficacy.

Requirements:

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the food industry, although not mandatory.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English languages.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing Office tools for comprehensive documentation and effective communication.
• Familiarity with JMP software and DOE methodologies is advantageous.
