About The Role

We are looking for an analyst to review transactions to identify fraud attempts and fraud patterns to help increase our model accuracy. Your accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to succeed in this role and you will gain hands-on experience and gradually learn about risky and safe patterns. Your insights will impact our automated decision-making processes. As we provide our merchants with a 24/7 service, the position requires some evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Work hours are flexible, and most shifts can be remote.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review transactions and quickly reach accurate decisions
• Analyze fraud patterns in different ways and provide insights to improve our machine-learning algorithms
• Formulate your ideas into insights to support ongoing research
  
  

The Training Details

• Location: Onsite
• Dates: 15/5/2024-10/6/2024
• Days and hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - between 15:00-21:00
• Training is mandatory and will take place only if you are accepted as a Riskified employee
  
  

Qualifications

• A psychometric score of above 700 (or equivalent SAT score)
• 2 years remaining in your studies
• Strong analytical skills and quick thinker
• Superb attention to details
• Excellent English skills
• Can commit to working at least 20 hours per week in 3-4 shifts
• Relevant professional experience-Advantage
• Additional foreign languages - Advantage
