What is your mission?

• Own and maintain documentation of our core products, including user manuals, release notes, setup guides and other technical documents.
• Assist with user messages and instructions embedded in our products.
• Work closely with several development teams and product managers to learn about new features and flows introduced to the products, and then add their documentation.
  
  

• Get to know and use the latest product features.
• Work with diverse team of software developers and product managers on rapidly growing products.
• Help simplify our existing documents and give them a newer look.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in writing technical documentation for complex software products.
• Excellent familiarity with MadCap Flare
• English Mother tongue
• Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment and adhere to sprint milestones.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other team members.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adaptable to change, comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Technical Proficiency: solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn and research technical topics quickly.
• The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is important.
• Ability to learn complex technology and tools.
• Experience with Multimedia elements such as graphics, diagrams, screenshots, or video production may be beneficial - an advantage.
• Experience with HTML and CSS- an advantage.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an advantage.
• Innovate and suggest new methods to enhance technical information delivery and processes.
