Legal Operations Manager

We are looking for a talented, independent yet team-spirited attorney with a passion for technology and business to join the Operations team. If you love the art of contracts and love to manage operational projects you should definitely apply!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide ongoing legal consultation on matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts.
• Work directly with groundcover’s Sales team to draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage the relations with external legal advisers.
• Initiate and manage operations and company-growth projects.
• Lead and overview the Compliance process and implementation at the company.
  
  

• At least 3 years of relevant legal commercial experience in a commercial/Hi-tech department of a leading law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a Startup company.
• Ability to learn fast and initiate and manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Business orientation and can do approach.
• Fluent English with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and different time zones.
  
  

• Experience with data protection and privacy laws - strong advantage
