Head of Product (Remote, Contract)

At INFUSE, the Head of Product role is dynamic and adaptable to our unique needs. You'll oversee our entire product portfolio, guiding feature prioritization, roadmap development, and timelines. Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Drive our product strategy forward, keeping us ahead of the competition by identifying new opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.

Team Leadership: Inspire and empower our cross-functional team to excel, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.

Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, working closely with engineering and design teams to bring ideas to life.

Product Roadmap: Create and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives, ensuring seamless teamwork across the organization.

Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in product management or related roles, with a track record of launching successful products.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
