Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Services Engineer at CyberTeam360. The Professional Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and delivering network security services to clients. The role is primarily located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to deal with technology and a good familiarity with cyber protection systems.
• HANDS-ON experience with some of the information security solutions: FW, WAF, MAIL RELAY, VPN, EDR, 365, MFA
• At least one year of HANDS-ON experience with CHECKPOINT/FORTINET FIREWALLS - a significant advantage
• Good familiarity with the architecture of ON PREM security solutions and in the cloud - an advantage
• Experience with advanced defense systems - an advantage
• Experience in investigating IR events, investigating logs, detecting weaknesses - an advantage
• Graduate of a course in information and cyber security or experience in the field of cyber defense in the military service - an advantage
