What You'll Do:

• Champion security and efficiency by leading organization-wide access reviews, optimizing permissions, and analyzing system access data using IDM software.
• Spearhead the successful planning, management, and implementation of a company-wide IDM system.
• Configure the IDM system considering system connectivity, user management, access controls, provisioning, and workflow automation.
• Managed user access across various systems and applications through RBAC and access control implementation.
• Oversee user lifecycles, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews to ensure data security and streamlined processes.
• Respond to IDM-related operational incidents, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.

• You possess a keen eye for risk management, particularly in user authentication, authorization, and data protection within IDM systems.
• You excel at problem-solving, tackling complex technical challenges, and formulating effective solutions promptly.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Hebrew and English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, document processes, and present findings or recommendations clearly.
• You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when managing user identities, access permissions, and security configurations to minimize errors and vulnerabilities.
• You thrive in project management, guiding IDM projects from inception to completion, encompassing requirements gathering, planning, implementation, and testing.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM-related regulatory requirements.
