Technical Support Engineer (Student Position)

Job Requirements:

• Networking Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of networking protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting to assist customers with network-related challenges.
• SQL and Database Experience: Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing databases, enabling you to resolve database-related queries effectively.
• Firewall and Active Directory: Expertise in firewall management and Active Directory to support customers in maintaining secure and efficient IT environments.
• Virtual Environment Setup: Proven experience in setting up and maintaining virtualized environments, ensuring customers can deploy and manage their virtual systems smoothly.
• Linux Experience: Solid experience with Linux operating systems to assist customers using Linux-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Platforms: Knowledge and experience in AWS and Azure are advantageous, allowing you to provide comprehensive support to customers utilizing these cloud services.
