This is a hybrid position - 3 days from our office in Tel Aviv

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business while implementing financial strategies and processes to ensure financial performance

Report to CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Taking significant part in the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and budgeting/forecasting
• Prepare accurate and timely revenue reports & analysis and responsible for all related processes (Billing, AR, collection, Revenue Recognition, Deferred Revenue)
• Assist in establishing and maintaining financial key policies and procedures throughout the entire reporting process, as well as constant updates of these policies to all group entities.
• Assist in preparing the annual tax reports for all group entities. 
• Communicating with the audit firm and other external stakeholders 
• Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes
• Being involved in cross-company projects and processes.

Requirements:

• 4-3 years of relevant finance experience in high tech company. 
• CPA after internship in one of the big 4 accounting firms 
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel a Must; experience with Priority and Salesforce- advantage
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge (IFRS).
• Exceptional attention to detail, a high-level of accountability and excellent time management skills. 
• Very strong analytical skills. This position may require resolving complex accounting issues and transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a leading institute.
• Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (both spoken and written)
•  Ability to work in a dynamic and global work environment while meeting tight deadlines.
