What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to help achieve our next phase of growth. In this critical, high-impact role, you will lead process definition and optimization in collaboration with a global team of professionals across CyberArk functions. As a process expert and trusted partner, you will help teams to assess current and target maturity levels for our most critical business processes. You will leverage your intellectual curiosity to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, reliability, and profitability and apply a creative and collaborative approach to develop, document, and disseminate cross-functional process solutions. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Transformation Office within CyberArk’s Business Transformation and Operations (BTO) team

• Foster a culture of operational process excellence by cultivating best practices with a cross-functional community of process and system experts
• Develop and maintain process resources for shared use, including framework materials, templates, and case studies
• Establish inventory of critical business practices and processes to support periodic maturity assessments and project prioritization
• Collaborate with key process owners and stakeholders to measure operational effectiveness and benchmark process maturity levels
• Apply data-driven approach to develop proposals and inform leadership decisions impacting operational excellence
• Lead cross-functional projects to identify, prioritize, and execute upon process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops to develop process improvement solutions
• Advise teams on change management and business process management to ensure effective rollout and sustained maintenance of executed solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company including Product, Go-To-Market, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, HR
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in related roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Operational Consulting, Business Operations, Process Analytics)
• Understanding of business strategy and operations in high-growth B2B technology environment
• Experience building relationships, leading change, and influencing across functions and levels (including executive stakeholders)
• Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient with process documentation tools and methods (BPM, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Process Maps, Flowcharts, RACI, etc.)
• Strong “pulse” of Business Process Management landscape such as trends in management models, best practices, KPI benchmarks, and technology
• Exposure to Human-Centered Design methods a plus (e.g. Design Thinking)
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with workflow and data management systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
• A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization
