Production Coordinator

JEGER has been a leading boutique studio in exhibition design, production, and internal branding for over three decades. The studio specializes in providing creative and unique solutions based on extensive knowledge and long-term experience, tailored to the client's vision and needs. With the studio's growth, a production coordinator is required.

Role Description:

The production coordinator is the beating heart of the studio, coordinating all external communication on the one hand (suppliers and clients) and internal operations on the other hand (report production and database management). The role is a comfortable environment to grow in and contains development opportunities for suitable candidates.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Managing and representing the studio with all suppliers domestically and abroad

• Operation and management of procurement aspects in projects

• Report on production – operational efficiency and project profitability

• Managing a contacts/customers database

Requirements:

• Full command of the English language – mandatory

• Experience in project management in the field of event production/exhibitions/interior design – an advantage

• Familiarity with design/trade shows/graphic design – an advantage

• Experience in international market activities – an advantage

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

תיאור תפקיד:

מתאם/ת ההפקה הוא/היא הלב הפועם של הסטודיו, ריכוז את כלל התקשורת החוצה ביד אחת (ספקים ולקוחות) ופנימה ביד שניה (הפקת דו"חות וניהול מאגרי נתונים). התפקיד הוא ערוגה נוחה לצמוח בה ומכיל אפשרויות פיתוח למתאימים לכך. 

תחומי אחריות: 

• ניהול וייצוג הסטודיו עם כלל הספקים בארץ ובחו"ל
• תפעול וניהול היבטי הרכש בפרויקט
• הפקת דוחות – יעילות תפעולית ורווחיות פרויקטים
• ניהול מאגר נתונים של אנשי קשר/לקוחות

דרישות:

• שליטה מלאה בשפה האנגלית – חובה
• ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בתחום הפקת אירועים/תערוכות/עיצוב פנים - יתרון
• הכרות עם עולם העיצוב /תערוכות מסחריות/ עיצוב גרפי – יתרון 
• ניסיון בפעילות בשווקים בינלאומיים – יתרון
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ולעיתים בתנאי לחץ
