Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A and R&D Finance Manager to lead our FP&A team, act as the management business partner, connect with the J&J finance teams worldwide, and lead the reporting, submissions, and strategic business initiatives (Temporary position).

• Report to FP&A Manager

• Support the business plan processes and prepare short- and long-range forecast updates and reporting

• Analyze company's actual performance vs. business plan, including full P&L analysis, departmental costs, R&D projects, headcount, and capital according to J&J requirements

• Monitor and ensure the delivery of financial results to support management and other local management with their decision-making using existing systems and processes

• Work closely with senior management to provide financial decision support, as well as drive improvements in operational and management reporting systems

• Hold responsibility for monthly/quarterly close activities and P&L reporting to J&J Corporate (actual & forecast cycles)

• Support the Israel Innovation Authority submissions, reporting, and audits

• Drive efficient processes and act as the digital ambassador of the finance teams

• Work closely with the Global Finance Innovation team

Requirements:

• BA in Economics or Accounting, CPA is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 years of finance/accounting or related business experience.

• Experience in a dynamic/global company implementing process improvements, working independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in taking on leadership roles and partnering with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions.

• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power BI is preferred.

• Languages: Hebrew and English – high proficiency, written and spoken.
