QA Team Leader

We are looking for a QA team leader with experience in testing consumer electronic ecosystems: hardware + firmware + mobile app.

Key requirements include:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA roles ,3 years of which as a leader
2. Proven track record in testing consumer electronics, preferably smart wearable devices
3. Strong understanding of hardware-software integration testing methodologies
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, product managers, and designers.
5. Experience in reading and providing feedback to requirement documents.
6. Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and writing test plans - both manual and automatic - for functionality, system interfaces, UX/UI, production tests, etc.
7. Proficiency in using QA tools and platforms for test automation and defect tracking.
8. Happy to test hands-on and to mentor and guide other QA team members.
9. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Bonus points for:

• Familiar with Azure DevOps
• Experience in the healthcare or assistive technology industry.
• ISTQB certification
