Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including feature updates and enhancements.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
• Work closely with development, design, and product marketing teams to facilitate seamless product development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a superior user experience.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing feedback.
• Conduct rigorous market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the product landscape.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving a culture of innovation.
  
  

• A minimum of 4 + years of proven track record in end-to-end product management, from ideation to successful launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
• In-depth understanding of endpoint security concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and threats in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Experience deploying and managing endpoint security solutions in diverse environments, including large enterprises and SMBs.
• Familiarity with behavior-based protection tools, designed to monitor endpoint activity in real-time, detecting and preventing suspicious or malicious behavior in order to enhance the overall endpoint security posture.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.
• Understanding of threat feeds, indicators of compromise (IoCs), and their application in endpoint security.
• Understanding of incident response planning and the role of EDR in mitigating and responding to security incidents.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product marketing.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience implementing user-centric design principles in product development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a product management context.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to technological advancements and industry shifts, ensuring the product remains at the forefront of innovation.
