Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant and CPA to join our customer operation team as a Technical Account Manager.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional technical support and strategic guidance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, and leveraging your accounting and US CPA expertise to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients, assisting with onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical support issues and  adoption of TRES Finance's solutions.
• Conduct regular account reviews and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive product adoption.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in crypto and digital assets to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience working as an accountant or US CPA, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Previous experience in the crypto and digital assets industry is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
