We are an early stage startup with a very ambitious mission: to elevate patient care and  prevent medical errors. We are looking for a product lead to join our team.

About The Role

The Director of Product will work directly under the CEO and collaborate with other stakeholders in the company to lead & support our goals of implementing data-driven product decision making methodologies.

Roles And Responsibilities

The Director of Product will lead the product and will set the foundations for our product organization for the short and long term, thus making an important impact in the company. 

They will work closely together with the Chief Medical Officer, R&D, Design & UX, Sales & Marketing and Customer Success, in order to push the product forward and enhance its capabilities to address the needs of health professionals.

The Director of Product will :

1. Translate our product strategy into a concrete and prioritized roadmap and workplan.
2. Create alignment between all functions around the product roadmap and yearly plan.
3. Define KPIs to validate our product market fit and track them
4. Define product KPIs and monitor them in order to establish a data-drive approach for feature development and prioritization.
5. Meet with customers to understand their needs and communicate how our roadmap will address them
6. Translate user feedback into product initiatives to constantly improve the user experience and usability of the product
7. Write clear, concise requirements documents, RFCs, and user stories for engineers to be able to easily understand the what and why of a product or feature idea.
8. Manage prioritization and trade-offs, working closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders.
9. Analyze the competitive landscape to find gaps and opportunities .

Requirements

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years experience as a product manager
• Experience as a product manager in a high growth company 
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
• Fluent in English

And Though Not Required, It Would Be Great If

• Experience working in an early-stage startup
• Experience working in knowledge management B2B companies
• Experience in healthcare, specifically in companies selling to hospitals
• Experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc
• Experience working with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
• Experience using process mapping and documentation tools (Confluence, LucidChart, Shortcut, etc.)
• Experience working with global teams
