Job Description:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end hardware, software, and operating system failures.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in the bank's dedicated systems.
• Provide support and install the Windows 10 operating system.
• Handle peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience as a PC technician.
• Mandatory experience in troubleshooting software and operating systems.
• Must have experience in troubleshooting hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with distribution systems and VDI/Citrix systems is advantageous.
• Strong sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills, diligence, and a growth-oriented mindset.
