- Work closely with the Chief of Sales Strategy in all of her areas of responsibility including: fundraising, work with various global markets, missions and donor prospecting.
- Manage work processes and ongoing activities to promote and cultivate The Jewish Agency's relationships with major Jewish federations, foundations, organizations, and private donors.
- Manage connections between the office of Sales Strategy, resource development teams (fundraisers and netzigim) and the FRD Unit’s support teams, including the missions team, writing team, and sales strategy team.
- Manage the processes of written materials dedicated to specific donors including concept papers, proposals, reports, and other materials.
- Plan and execute travel throughout the world including for speakers of The Jewish Agency.
- Enter and manage information in the CRM system, including new donor profiles, updating donor profiles, engagement with donors, etc.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- The position's tasks will be determined according to work needs.
