Trading Operations Specialist

About the Role:

As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the finance and customer support teams to provide seamless transaction processes for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the fintech and digital currency industries while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Execute daily transactions operations including the processing of fiat transfers, cryptocurrency transactions, and ATM monitoring.
• Ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to established timelines.
• Execute client orders with accuracy, monitor payments through various channels including credit cards and cryptocurrency conversions, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Proactively identify and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring the security of client transactions and company assets.
• Prepare and execute timely reports for internal and external stakeholders, including financial, operational, and risk management reports.
• Collaborate with the development team to perform QA checks and support the continuous improvement of our platforms and services.
• Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share.

You Have:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in trading operations, financial services, or cryptocurrency transactions. Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to analyze datasets, perform complex calculations, and present data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Basic understanding of principles of Blockchain technology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Relevant certifications in finance or blockchain technology are a plus.
