Flight Operations Specialist

Israjets is looking for a Flight Operations Specialist (Junior) that will join our team in Ra'anana, to oversee our company flight support & operations.

What you will do:

• Communicate with VIP clients and aviation operators through various means including phone calls, texts, to ensure all necessary information (departure times, catering, and passenger information) is received on time.
• Provide clients with innovative solutions to effectively meet their travel needs while ensuring the safety of operations and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Understand specific requests and details to provide accurate information and suggestions. Coordinate with aviation operators and vendors to arrange special requests such as catering, flowers, or any other necessary arrangements before and after flights.
• Prepare detailed flight itineraries and send them to the client as needed.
• Uphold the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion when working with VIP clients.
• Remain on standby for any issues that may arise (via phone calls, texts, or emails) even in unusual hours. This includes monitoring aircraft tail number departures before repositioning for our scheduled flights.

What you will bring:

• A true people person with great interpersonal skills and passion for work.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Drive applications, including Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Full professional proficiency in English both written and verbal.
• Proven time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work, with a ‘make things happen’ kind of attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a driven personality to tackle challenges head-on and implement effective solutions.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and/or French (not mandatory).
• Experience working with Sales Force (not mandatory).
• Experience in the Travel industry (not mandatory).
