Production Manager

Phibro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team at our Neot Hovav site.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and operating production processes in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate production processes in the facility and control room.
• Contribute to developing weekly and daily production schedules.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Manage a team of employees, including training, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Analyze data, generate insightful tracking reports.
• Write procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - Required.
• Master's degree in engineering or management - Significant Advantage
• 3-4 years of demonstrably successful manufacturing management experience, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry – Required.
• Experience in a similar role in a chemical plant or a pharmaceutical plant operating under GMP regulations - Required.
• Proven experience in people management, including managing shift workers.
• High level of English proficiency – Required.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
