Senior Project Manager - Wix Enterprise

Job Description

• Take a hands-on management approach to leading the full cycle of a project from planning to execution
• Manage high-profile clients by building and maintaining great relationships and taking ownership of client experience
• Coordinate project team activities (ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met) and communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, customers and project team members
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
• Develop and manage successful and useful interfaces across the company and elevate those connections into a supportive and problem-solving environment
• Collect and communicate the insights and challenges our team encounters from a product perspective in order to support the ongoing development of Wix products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales goals and objectives
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of B2B project management experience (high profile, international clients) including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management
• Experience working with project management software and tools, such as Monday or Jira
• Great visual aptitude and analytical skills; fluent in defining workflows, sketching wireframes, and analyzing user needs, intents & business cases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain things concisely and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; producing high-quality solutions is important to you and you’re not intimidated by tough challenges
• An independent learner with the ability to lead a project from A to Z
  
  

It’s also an advantage if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
• Experience in R&D, UX and/or Content Management, as a developer, designer, writer or manager, or any experience building AI products
• Knowledge in sales processes, working in SAAS product company
• Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2
