We are looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join our team.    

   

What you will be doing:   

  

As the Engineering Team Leader at Semperis, your role involves guiding a proficient team in creating a novel SaaS security solution. You will collaborate with product managers and software architects, shaping and implementing the product's vision.  

• Providing technical leadership and guidance including design and code reviews. 
• Tracking team development process and being accountable for product delivery, quality, and timelines. 
• Setting high-quality standards, seeking and choosing technical solutions to meet current and future needs. 
• Taking a leading role in design and implementation of new components.
• Be responsible for the growth and evolution of your team members and provide career development and mentorship. 
  
  

What you will bring to the table:   

• 3+ years experience in leading platform engineering team.
• 5+ years of experience as a backend/Platform developer or technical leader. 
• Deep knowledge of at least one of  C#, .Net, .Net Core/ Java/ Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies (Azure Cloud/ AWS/ GCP).  
• Experienced with microservice design and development.  
• Experience in enterprise-scale development in a SaaS environment. 
• Broad experience in designing, executing, and delivering software products.  
• Strong leadership and communication skills in both Hebrew and English. 
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent. 
  
  

Bonus Points: 

• Experience the Enterprise Identity domain.  
• Experience with Kafka/RabitMQ. 
• Experience with development of cloud-based multi-tenant solutions on top of Azure/AWS.
• Experience with front-end technologies, JavaScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
