Responsibilities:

• Manage the Content Ecosystem: Acting as the content project manager this role will oversee the operations of the content creation department. This will include tasks such as managing the content team, setting the content calendar, and ensuring seamless collaboration between writers, editors, and video creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Our content department drives high-volume traffic and generates significant revenue for the company. Within the scope of this role, you will be tasked with building upon these successes.
• SEO Analysis: Directly oversee the SEO Manager to utilize SEO data to inform content creation decisions, enhance visibility and searchability, and maximize audience engagement.
• Data-driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to track content performance metrics and consumer insights, informing future content strategies and optimizations for increased audience engagement and conversion.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement to drive continuous growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Content Management: Demonstrated expertise in content creation and management, ideally within e-commerce or dropshipping.
• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring content teams.
• Project Management Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools like Asana, with the ability to coordinate content production schedules and meet deadlines.
• SEO Knowledge and Data Analysis Skills: Familiarity with SEO best practices and proficiency in data analysis to inform content strategies and optimize performance.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset and the ability to develop engaging content strategies that differentiate the brand and resonate with the target audience.
