On us:

We have been an active company for about a year and two months, active in the world of AI, we have a product almost 70% ready, we are about 14 people in the company, and the stage of the company is before investment (in seed stage).

The role:

We are looking for a talented Flutter developer to join as a CTO to lead our growing team. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of our mobile applications, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring innovative features to life.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the 9 student developers.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy mobile and high-performance applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart language.
• Build intuitive and user-friendly UI components according to Flutter and Dart best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product and engineering leads to translate business goals and projects into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews as part of the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to the testing and quality assurance process, identifying and fixing bugs throughout the development cycle.

Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience developing native mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
• 2+ years of commercial experience building and shipping Flutter applications.
• Solid understanding of state management, palette flavors, and application architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Starts with a proactive approach.
• Experience working in a remote software development environment.
• Experience in building B2C applications.
• A degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Firebase, Azure DevOps, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
