The company focuses on deploying Smart Poles as street-level infrastructure for 4G/5G networks, implementing smart and green IoT platforms, and utilizing advanced PON systems for data centers and secured compounds.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Smart Pole Engineer located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut, with flexibility for some remote work. The Smart Pole Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Smart Pole infrastructure for 4G/5G networks. The engineer will also contribute to the development of smart and green IoT platforms and may be involved in the deployment of advanced PON systems for data centers and secured compounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and deploying Smart Pole infrastructure for 4G/5G networks
• Knowledge of IoT platforms and renewable energy technologies
• Understanding of PON systems for data centers
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory and environmental certifications is beneficial
