Incredo (formerly DouxMatok) is looking for a Pilot Lead to join our Operations team!

We are a food-tech startup, based in Petach-Tikva that has developed a patented technology for improving flavor delivery, allowing a considerable reduction in sugar.

But we didn’t stop with that! We now have new and exciting projects, making the food we eat better.

This a great opportunity to gain experience in the food-tech world, and get experience at a growing startup!

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for operating Pilot Lab activities

• Performing pilot trials for scale-up and development

• Being part of the process development team

• Preparing and analyzing production materials (grinding, lab analyses)

• Safety leader including safety training.

• Supporting R&D & Applications (samples, weighting, production, technical support)

• QA support, including lab calibrations, SOP enforcement, etc.

• Supporting local logistics (samples prep, front warehouse)

• Support site maintenance when needed

You need to be / have:

• Practical engineer (הנדסאי) degree with at least 2 years from the industry of Chemistry, Food, Pharmaceuticals / Agriculture OR an inexperienced engineer / food technologist

• Good English!

• Highly motivated

• Fast learner

• Team player

• Problem solver
