Product Data Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Manager to lead AU10TIX’s data product designed to solve complex and emerging problems in the world of identity space, fraud and risk management leveraging external and internal technologies.

As a member of AU10TIX’s excellent Product team, your goal will be to build the vision and define the strategy of AU10TIX’s data and validation related Products in a dynamic, fascinating and fast-paced growing business environment in a way that serves market needs, customer requirements and the company’s business goals.

As a candidate you should demonstrate Product Management skills & experience with a deep understanding of product management fundamentals such as requirements management, business case development, leading prioritization of product roadmap/enhancements, go-to-market principles, and practices.

As a Product Manager your responsibility is for product planning and execution throughout the product development life cycle.

The ideal candidate is an action-oriented individual with a natural passion for data mentality with a record of consistently exceeding commercial expectations. He/she should possess strong leadership and communication traits and demonstrate the ability to influence outcomes. The position demands a high-level of attention to detail, belief in the process with systematic planning and the ability to execute to plan.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex and emerging problems in the world of identity space, fraud and risk management leveraging existing and emerging datasets.
• Manage the data related products life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Own and communicate Roadmap plans, prioritize features to support the ongoing product delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, and other customer commitments
• Work closely with internal and outsourced R&D teams to oversee implementation and ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery
• Analyze market trends and closely monitor competitive landscape, translate vision into detailed product roadmap and backlog
• Research, collect, gather, define, prioritize and communicate business requirements from different sources for current and future product releases
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute it
• Act as the subject matter expert of the product area internally as well as externally
• Work closely with all departments to identify gaps and align all product efforts
• Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the success and health of your product

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager at a product driven software company preferably in the Identity space
• Proven experience in solving complex and emerging problems in the world of fraud and risk management leveraging data.
• Proven hands on experience and deep understanding of data validation trends and vendors, ability to explore and engage external data vendors
• Proven experience working with API’s / Data validation services
• Experience in working on B2B Saas/Cloud products
• Proven experience in creating product specifications, user stories and detailed product requirements documents
• Experience with Agile software development environment and working closely with R&D teams
• Experience in working with customers abroad
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize organizational objectives with strict deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
• A true team player with strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
