DBA

Nayax is looking for an Application & Infrastructure DBA. As an Application & Infrastructure DBA you will be responsible for the SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments. (24/7).
• Manage duties such as troubleshooting, and tuning input/output to enhance database performance.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the databases.
• Write new and correct existing database monitoring processes.
  
  

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• At least 4 years experience working on Production Env as Infrastructure DBA. - a must.
• Up to 6 years of experience in writing complex T-SQL queries.
• Experience in creating, managing, and monitoring Enterprise DB Env.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge in optimization of SQL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and Relational Theory.
• Knowledge of Administration of SQL Server RDBS.
• Experience Working with different R&D Teams.
• Good level of English & Hebrew.
  
  

ADVANTAGES:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Knowledge of MSSQL server technology. (MSSQL2019, MSSQL2022)
• Knowledge in High Availability processes.
• Knowledge in Transaction Replication.
• Knowledge or experience in other modern programming languages (C#, Python)
• Knowledge of NO-SQL technologies (Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis, Spark).
• Knowledge in PowerShell
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge or experience of Kibana, TeamCity, and GIT.
