ERP Implementer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Implementer. The ERP Implementer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to implementing and configuring ERP systems. This includes analyzing business needs, designing solutions, conducting system testing, and providing guidance and support to end users. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

** Application Systems Administrator - Infor, Oracle:**

▪️ Handling application malfunctions and inquiries in the system

▪️ Managing external and internal interfaces (Mashbash, Silvernat, Oracle, etc.)

▪️ Writing work procedure documents, training and implementation materials, and delivering them within the organization

▪️ Liaising with software vendors regarding their compliance with defined SLA terms

▪️ Assisting in system application testing (QA)

▪️ Managing users and permissions in the system

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as an **Infor** information systems implementer - Mandatory

* Industrial Engineering/Information Systems degree - Mandatory

* Experience with the **Infor** system - Mandatory

* Experience with the **Oracle** system - Significant advantage

* Experience in developing under projects, procurement modules - Significant advantage 

* Experience with **BI** systems - Advantage

* Knowledge of **Office** applications - Mandatory

* High service awareness, tolerance and patience, strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills

* Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently
