Unity Developer

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Unity Developer.

As our Unity Developer, you will be instrumental in building an in-car experience that's both engaging and reliable. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement features using Unity, ensuring they run smoothly on Android platforms. Your creativity and technical skills will directly contribute to the project's success, working within a defined timeframe and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive location-based features for an in-car experience using Unity.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate software components seamlessly.
• Optimize the application for performance and scalability on Android systems.
• Debug and fix technical issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with game development, location-based technology, and automotive software trends.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the high standards expected by our team and partners within the allotted timeframe and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Unity development, with a focus on creating performant and scalable applications.
• Knowledge of Android system architecture and its integration with Unity.
• Experience with MapBox or similar geolocation technologies as a great plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• A proactive attitude towards meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
