What you will do:

Responsible for helping the Israel branch deliver its Wholesale (Corporate and Global Banking) strategic and tactical goals, proactively respond to challenges in the local environment, supporting the Head of Corporate Banking in all governance requirements.

In this role you will:

• Lead Business conduct and business Financial Crime Risk according to Group and local policies.

• Govern product requirements, include new product due diligence and represents Israel at the HBEU Product Governance Forum.

• Oversee the Know Your Customer Operations offshore team to manage Israel’s customer account opening and existing to bank reviews including task prioritization, upskilling and process guidance whilst adhering to Service Level Agreement and performance of Key Performance Indicators.

• Collaborate effectively with different HSBC stakeholders to constantly increase existing customers’ satisfaction, whilst ensuring quality of clients' data.

You should apply if you have:

• Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew

• Relevant academic degree. Organization and Methods experience, an advantage

• 3-5 years’ working experience in financial services

• Knowledge and experience of risk management and controls in financial services

• Proven previous experience in project management.

• Experience in data analysis and advanced Excel skills

• Strong communication and conflict management skills

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues locally and globally, demonstrating proactive approach.
