About The Role

As an Experience Manager, you’ll be our Culture Promoter. You'll have the opportunity to lead and take part in all touchpoints with team members: Managing the daily welfare of team members, executing events, celebrating our small & big successes, and ensuring our culture of seeing our people first, and our unique vibe is reflected in everything we do.

With the expected growth ahead of us, you will have a huge impact in designing our warfare, office, events and development ongoing processes.

• Manage the full company’s employee experience approach and execution
• Plan, execute and drive team members activities, events and programs
• Create innovative ways to promote our team-members well-being using personalization, simplicity, authenticity, and out of the box thinking.
• Partner closely with the HR team to drive fast and efficient solutions to support our fast growing team.
• Pro-actively focus on new creative initiatives to promote positive employee engagement
• Establish relationships with service providers, including negotiating costs and obligations while coordinating multiple end-points.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in an employee experience role or event management
• Proven experience in developing creative initiatives and top-notch execution
• Self-learner, independent, results-oriented, sensitive to the small details
• Creative mindset
• People-person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to juggle across multiple priorities
• Previous experience as event producer - an advantage
