About The Role

We are seeking a Financial Systems Specialist to join our business applications team and play a pivotal role in supporting our financial business processes. As a key member of our team, you will have a deep understanding of the financial processes. As part of your role, you will bring all of our business units together, gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with users from various departments to define cross-functional business processes, translating them into clear user stories and technical solutions.
• Architect projects from conception to implementation, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide expert support for our financial systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within our financial and operational workflows.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager of financial systems with a strong understanding of their architecture and functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Netsuite and integration tools - A must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Information, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
