Automation Team Lead

SeeTrue, a well-funded AI startup, is on a mission to optimize passenger journeys through cutting-edge machine learning and computer vision technology. We are seeking for Automation Team Lead to lead QA manual and automation team

What you will do-

● Execute and supervise all QA efforts (manual and automation)

● Bringing-up the entire QA domain, including personally taking-on Manual and Automation QA efforts as well as hiring, training and leading Manual and Automation QA Engineers.

● Develop, implement and execute test-plans aimed to push our code and product to the highest-quality possible

● Develop automation technology. evaluate, choose and utilize test automation frameworks and tools

● Participate in work planning process to determine needs in order to deliver product's feature in the timely manner

● Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, errors, configuration issues, etc.

● Establish metrics to determine readiness, quality and operability of software, systems and products

● Manage all functions of the QA team, including hiring, performance evaluation, timekeeping activities, etc.

Requirements-

● B.Sc. in Computer Science / Related Technical Field / Equivalent Experience

● Hands on experience as a Manual and Automation QA Engineer (6 years+)

● Managerial experience in manual and automated QA (3 years+)

● Mastering testing methodologies & experience with test documenting (STP/STD)

● Experience in writing and working with python scripts/frameworks

● Proven proficiency in Automation frameworks (e.g. Unittest, PyTest, etc.)

● Technical background and wide system view with in-depth analysis capabilities

● Basic Linux OS administration skills

● Experience in CI/CD processes with Jenkins – huge advantage

● Experience with Cloud eco-systems (preferably AWS) – advantage

● Code management tooling such as Git, Github – advantage

● Record of being the 1st QA/automation person in a startup / building automation from scratch - big advantage
