Product Manager

Beyeonics Vision is a medical device start-up company located in Haifa, Israel. Beyeonics Vision develops Beyeonics One, the first-ever Exoscope for eye surgeries. Based on the technology developed for fighter plane headsets, incorporating AR/VR headsets, with real-time image processing and smart solutions powered by AI algorithms. Beyeonics is looking for a Product Manager to join the product team.

• Conducting user research and market analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Analyze customer requests, feedback, and insights to shape product strategy.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, regulatory, quality, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, biomedical engineering, product design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
