Junior PPC Manager We are Thing Or Two, a mobile-oriented, addicted-to-performance, results-in Digital Marketing Agency. Based in Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Korea, and Sao Paulo, our experts at Thing or Two use in-house AI technology and data analytics to build scalable, ROI-positive campaigns. We work across all channels necessary to create a comprehensive digital strategy, bringing our customers closer to their business goals. We are looking for a Junior PPC Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Supply team, that manages digital marketing strategies for international and local clients. The PPC Specialist supports initiatives that contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns and executes all our agency’s PPC management services.

Responsibilities

• Build highly targeted PPC campaigns (from scratch) across multiple channels.

• Manage multiple client’s expectations, strategies, budgets, and conversions.

• Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.

• Have a clear understanding of the client’s conversion goals.

• Monitor performance based on goals, industry standards, and benchmarks.

• Daily management of multiple existing PPC accounts (bid adjustments, targeting updates, ad optimization, etc.).

• Perform research, analyze websites, document changes and make decisions regarding optimization approach. • Perform click-through rate, conversion, spending, and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.

• Create monthly client reports.

• Attending weekly and monthly client calls to provide updates on campaign performance.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of marketing professionals to develop strong campaigns that will improve audience engagement while also supporting ongoing projects within the agency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a preferred field

• High level of English (writing, speaking, and reading)

• Love for numbers

• Must feel comfortable with analytical data

• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers

• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills

• Self-motivator and goal-oriented

• Detailed-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
