Bookkeeper

Our Finance group is looking for a Global Bookkeeper, who will support our manufacturing sites, and lead financial processes up to Balance.

what you will be doing:

• Record, reconcile and resolve outstanding items related to payable, receivable and bank accounts.
• Perform periodical general ledger reconciliations.
• Track, compile, and record fixed asset ledgers.
• Ensure bank transactions are reconciled to the books.
• Manage intercompany entries and reconciliations.
• Processing of payment transactions and accounting of journal entries.
• Ensure all invoices are paid within terms and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial statements and preparation of reporting package for the group.
• Review expense reports, reconcile them to source documents and approve them according to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or higher)- must.
• Experience with US tax regulations – Must.
• At least 2 years experience in a relevant role from a manufacturing company- big advantage.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience working with ERP systems – Priority or Oracle knowledge big advantage
• Proficient in Excel
