Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development team and product creation, defining objectives, timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML and fintech.
• Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights pertinent to financial products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a senior software development role, leading products end-to-end
• 1+ years as a team lead
• Experience developing web appliacations
• 1+ years of practical experience in Python
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript or React
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and a passion for mentoring
