Customer Facing Network Architect

We are looking for a Customer facing IT expert to join our dynamic team. This person will help make water leisure safer and more enjoyable for everyone. We are located in Yok’neam.

As our IT and Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

o   Maintaining our client-interfacing and network infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, and AP’s.

o   Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, interfacing with customers' networks.

o   Installing and configuring updated hardware and software.

o   Providing technical support to customers and staff (external and internal).

o   Implementing GDPR related safeguards and mitigations to comply.

o   Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.

o   Staying up-to-date on IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

o   Hands on experience with remote server operating systems (Linux).

o   Hands on experience with configuring network equipment such as Firewalls, intrusion detection, routers, switches, and access points.

o   Understanding of HTTP, DNS, MQTT, SMTP, etc.

o   Understand security layers (HTTPS, etc.)

o   Experience with network diagnostic tools.

o   Proficient in English, preferably experience in customer-facing roles.

o   Minimum of 3 years of experience as IT manger in a product company.

Responsibilities:

o   Being part of our customer success team, helping our customers save lives using Lynxight technology.

o   Working with our customers and our IT partners to plan, install and configure Lynxight hardware and software. (All access is remote)

o   Troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues to ensure flawless operation.

o   Serving as the technical go-to guy for the customer support team.

o   Working closely with the R&D teams on constantly improving the product stability and maintainability from both network and software aspects.

o   Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.
