Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bookkeeper at Nahum-Deutsch & Ishay Etsion CPA's in Tel Aviv-Yafo (part time is also optional). The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software, finance, and journal entries. The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as collaborating with the firm's team and partners in order to provide the best accounting and financial analysis to the customer.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in bookkeeping (level #3)
• At least 3 years of expirience as a bookkeper in an accounting firm.
• Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software (Chashavshevet) and payroll software
• Excellent understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Experience in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledgers
• Experience in preparing payroll slips, submmiting monthly and annual reports to the tax authorities - Income tax, VAT, Withholding tax and Bituach Leumi.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations and laws in regards to daily recording of bookkeeping transactions.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
