Data Community Support Specialist

A global Hi-Tech company, Located in Ness-Tsiona (near a train station) is looking for a Data Community Support Specialist!

This role will be instrumental in managing Tableau-related activities, enhancing automation, enhance ML proficiency , and foster a collaborative community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comparative Analyses: Assist with Comparative Business Analysis (CBA) between Analytics tools/ automation solutions.

2. Community Website Management: Manage the community internal website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.

3. Community Events Support: Assist with community events, communications, and surveys to foster engagement.

4. Collaboration and Training:

• Facilitate collaboration between Data Champions.

• Set up virtual Data training paths based on roles and responsibilities.

• Manage courses’ follow-up on participants, working closely with Data Champions.

• Govern best practices and standardization of visual language.

• Conduct proactive check-ups on Data Champions to ensure their ongoing success.

5. BI Support: (Tableau- Must, PowerBi- optional)

• Technical Support: Provide ongoing front end support to Data Champions, addressing queries and offering guidance.

• License Management: Oversee weekly license management activities to ensure optimal utilization.

• Performance Monitoring:

o Conduct regular reviews of workbook usage with Data Champions.

o Analyze and optimize Data Source (DS) usage with Scrum Masters (SMs).

o Collaborate with admin to enhance server efficiency.

o Monthly review of support tickets with the L3 team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Advanced experience in Tableau front end (Minimum of 3 years) - must

• Relationship builder and community connecter - Be an excellent communicator- must.

• Experience in leading and influencing others.

• Strong knowledge/interest in technology and analytics.

• Familiarity with data governance, analytics best practices.

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Fluent in English.

• PowerBI knowledge- advantage
