Production Planner

Description

• Develop and execute supply plans to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, QA and other Supply chain functions to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze data and processes to improve operational methods and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing data in ERP system such as bill of materials and production standard times , check their conformity and application (Master Data Management).
• Utilize advanced planning tools and software to perform optimum planning.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling of all production departments.
• Providing delivery dates for customer orders .
• Study and estimate the time and costs of manufacturing and define standards.
• Maintenance and update of production and planning data in the ERP
• Provide methodical support to operators and quality and production services.
• Collaborate daily with the production manager in case of technical problems.
• Follow up or carry out tests and checks for new manufacturing.
• Carry out operational planning.
• Perform capacity planning.

• Education: B.Sc. Industrial engineering
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a planner
• Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.

Detail oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

Autonomous, and precise individual.

Excel-must.

Priority /ERP experience- must .

English – fluent level.
